So what makes our stretching different?
We focus on the root cause not just the symptoms!
How do we do this?
First and foremost it begins with a mobility assessment of your 8 major joints, that alone provides almost enough information as to how/why you're moving or not moving the way you. Then we do a flexibility assessment of your muscles.
This gives us the direction to go followed by our deep understanding of human movement and biomechanics that has been developed over 2 decades of not only training & stretching clients but also teaching healthcare practioners to become flexibility practioners.
What is Stretch Therapy?
- Each session is 55 minutes
- Table based Assisted Stretching
