Since 2001 I have been in the Fitness Industry of which my first 8 years were as a personal trainer focusing on Corrective Exercise & Functional Training. It was during this time that I realized that there was a lack of information and understanding about proper stretching. Of course everyone did some form of stretching but it was all based on what was taught decades ago before 2000. Professional Summary
For almost 20 years I have been working with business owners, competitive & professional athletes and your every day hard working person. What does this mean to you? Well it means that for almost 2 decades I've been working with people that don't have time to waste on treating symptoms, they have specific goals or needs and they want to reach them.

For this reason my approach and goal with every client is to identify the root causes of any issue rather then just treating the symptoms. Improve the bodies ability to move freely without pain or discomfort thereby improving overall quality of life. "Move Better, Feel Better"

For sports performance this approach will allow an athlete to perform at a higher level due to better coordination and muscle activation. Faster recovery time between workouts or training allows an athlete to train/practice sooner and at a higher intensity.
